Antionette Pollard, LMHC, E-RYT 200
Antionette is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Registered Yoga Teacher and Author. Antionette is the owner and lead clinician of Piece of Zen, a holistic mental wellness practice that specializes in tailoring therapy and yoga sessions to fit the needs of the client. She specializes in couples therapy and corporate wellness.
Antionette’s educational background consist of receiving her bachelor’s degree in Family Communication from the University of South Florida. She obtained a double master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and Guidance Counseling from Webster University, and she is 200HR Yoga Certified in both Aerial and Aqua Yoga.
Antionette has completed Leadership Winter Haven class 40 and Leadership Polk class 15. Her community efforts led her to become a 2023 nominee for the She Knows Where She’s Going award and the 2022 Polk Emerging Leaders award recipient. Being an advocate for self-care and wanting to provide positive coping skills to the community, led Antionette to create both journals and adult coloring books to help promote mental wellness. In addition, Antionette started the Lakeland non-profit Pieces To Peace Counseling Charities which hosts a variety of community mental wellness events. She has also been featured in the local news several times for her community contributions.
In essence, she practices what she preaches because when she is not counseling or teaching yoga, she partakes in arts & crafts, relaxing at the beach, spending time with her husband, three children and 2 French Bulldogs named Tigress & Taz.

Kimberly Dixon, volunteer intake coordinator
Kim Dixon is the first point of contact for Piece Of Zen. She will provide all information and answer any questions in order to start your mental wellness journey.
Kim is received her AA degree from Polk State College and her BA from College of the Atlantic in Bar Harbor, Maine. She is an avid Kayaker and a Drumbeat Facilitator.
She facilitates a weekly class at The Mission in Winter Haven on Wednesdays at 10am.
